Why do I feel this way?
The jury is still out on what exactly causes mood disorders, but what I do know is that a combination of factors is most likely at play such as environmental factors and brain chemistry. Additional root causes can be food sensitivities, nutrient deficiencies, stealth pathogens, mold, and mycotoxins.
