Addressing EBV and Lyme Disease

Stealth pathogens, which are viruses, bacterias, and fungi, can lay undetected in the body and have been misunderstood for a long time. Luckily things are starting to change within the medical community and chronic stealth pathogen sufferers are finally being taken seriously (as they should’ve been from the beginning!). Some of the most common stealth pathogens I see are Epstein-Barr Virus (EBV), Lyme and Lyme Co-Factors such as Babesia, Borrelia Burgdorferi, and Bartonella.

Both testing and awareness around these stealth pathogens have increased which has provided those suffering from stealth pathogen more ways to find relief and heal.

When did I become infected?

That’s the million dollar question for many! When it comes to stealth pathogens you may have become infected yesterday and immediately developed symptoms, or you could have become infected months or even years ago with no symptoms until now. These pathogens can lay dormant for long periods of time and then activate once they see an opportunity to thrive, such as a period after chronic stress or an illness when your body is weakened.

Lyme disease often comes from ticks, however, more research is showing you can actually get it from mosquitos as well. EBV is extremely prevalent in the community and most adults have been exposed to it and have it to some degree. EBV is actually in the herpes family but you may be more familiar with it as the “kissing disease” as it commonly causes Mono. It is believed that about 90% of Americans are infected with EBV at some point in their lives.

So if everyone gets these stealth pathogens, why am I so sick?

Great question! The reason why Lyme or EBV may impact you so intensely, while not causing any havoc in someone else comes down to your body’s immune system. This is why it’s crucial to take a whole-body approach to healing when addressing stealth pathogens.

How to address Stealth Pathogens:

There are many treatment methods ranging from prescription medications to herbal supplements, diet modification, supporting detox functions, and supporting the immune system just to name a few.

How healing is different with us:

I have found an extremely effective protocol based on a renowned doctor known for her work in stealth pathogens. Using Dr. Jess’s protocols and our own clinical expertise I modify treatment plans specifically for each individual person and their own unique needs. This often includes functional labs, organ support, detoxification support, pathogen-killing herbals, heat therapy, mitochondrial support, and addressing biofilms – just to name a few.

If you have or suspect you have, stealth pathogens such as EBV, Lyme, and Co-Factors I can help determine the best course of action for you so you can get on the right path towards healing.
