Covid seems to be… everywhere.

We’ve had numerous phone calls today alone asking for supplement support for covid positive patients so we decided to email blast our recommended protocol should anyone you know or love need it.

So far it appears that the newest variant is milder and better tolerated, however, it’s important to come up with a plan before you get sick, this means ordering your supplements and contacting doctors now to have ivermectin on hand (unless you have asthma – then discuss your options with your doctor). Should you end up with a bad case of Covid you’ll have the resources you need ready and available to you when you need them.

 *This is a general protocol*

Balanced Healing follows the guidelines and research of the FLCCC, adding a few other supplements to their protocol.

-Zinc + Quercetin should be taken together with food. We prefer to divide zinc dosing into 2 doses with quercetin.
-Seeking Health Vitamin A: 1/2 dropper for the 1st 3 days, hold in back of throat for 15 seconds before swallowing
-Seeking Health Liposomal Glutathione: 1 tsp 2x a day for first 3 days, then 1x a day for 5 days, then every other day totaling 2 weeks
-Lugol’s Iodine + distilled water nasal rinse for first 7 days: Four drops of 5% Lugol’s iodine or nine drops of 2% Lugol’s iodine to 250ml of distilled water in a nasal wash bottle  Squirt up nostrils, drain to the back of your throat, then spit it out.

Supplements can be found here:

Telehealth doctors who will write necessary prescriptions to have on hand. We’ve heard Affinity will prescribe prophylactically, we’re pretty sure Push Health will also.

Additional Items You Should Have at Home:
Pulse Ox with Waveform:
Thermometer: or

Immune Supporting Teas (you can take these preventatively or if you’re actively sick):

Reminder: fevers have a purpose: to help your body kill the virus. Generally speaking we don’t medicate away a fever that is under 103.2, that fever is helping you overcome the virus.
